Our Transfer Compliance offer includes the servicing and testing of smoke alarms and checking that the property meets compliance as per current legislation for property sales. This is necessary to be performed and documented with a Certificate of Compliance. This certification is an important part of the transfer documentation that the seller is to provide to the buyer which confirms that the property complies with relevant legislation including that compliant smoke alarms are installed and meet AS 3786 requirements. FCF make this an easy task for the seller by performing the necessary checks and fixes to ensure your property complies.
