Field Technician

To advance to a Field Technician requires the below prerequisites:

  • Completion of a Cert II Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Equipment
  • Completion of an accredited Customer Service Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Sales Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Time Management Training Course

Team Leader

To advance to a Team Leader requires the below prerequisites:

  • Completion of a Cert II Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Equipment
  • Completion of an accredited Customer Service Training Course

  • Completion of an accredited Time Management Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Team Leadership Training Course

Certifier

To advance to a Certifier requires the below prerequisites:

  • Completion of a Cert II Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Equipment

  • Completion of a Cert IV Fire Systems Compliance in selected field of expertise

Franchisee or Franchise Management

To advance to a Franchisee or Franchise Manager requires the below prerequisites:

  • Highly Regarded: Prior industry experience, trade experience, Cert II Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Equipment and/or Cert IV Fire Systems Compliance or experience in a working FCF Franchised Business for a minimum of 2 years
  • Completion of the FCA Franchise Course
    • Introduction to Franchising
  • Completion of an accredited Time Management Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Small Business WH&S Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Small Business HR Training Course
  • Completion of an accredited Small Business Management Training Course
  • Completion of the Franchisee interview process with the Franchisor
